Rubba Shleite on the isle of Skye. An incredible sandy beach on the south of the island. If you’re looking for where to stay, then check out Kinloch lodge. A real showstopper and one of our favourite UK hotels.

What European cities do you think are underrated?

There’s so many! But, to name just a few: Bologna, it’s has got an unbelievable culinary scene and a fascinating history. Cadiz in southern Spain is very similar. Finally, Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia is well worth visiting- there are some incredible new hotels there.

Kent hills, a great place for hiking. You can download the All trails app and get exploring, there’s so much on our doorstop.

What is your ‘hidden gem’ in the UK?

The New Forest gets relatively low tourist numbers compared to the national parks but is truly breathtaking. There are also some really lovely hotels there.

Nicest beach in England and Wales?

Porthcurno beach in south Cornwall. The image above is a photo I took whilst staying at the Artist residence in November. Insane spot, well worth the money and early start!

What about the best beach in south-east England?

The Naze, Walton-on-the-naze. Remote spot on what is a traditional busy part of the coastline. Check it!

Best beach for swimming near London?

Hey, what’s wrong with Hampstead ponds! If you’re really after a beach near London then head to Leigh-on-sea. Only 90 mins from central London and a great day trip.

Favourite country you’ve been to?

Botswana. One of the most remote corners of the globe and an incredible wildlife viewing.

Which country has the best food?

Has to be Italy, doesn’t it? Specifically Sicily, some of the regional specialities like Arancini are just insane! Also, a massive fan of Sri Lankan food…

How many countries have you guys been to?

Between James and I, it’s 75+ with way more on the bucket list.

Best place in the UK for fish and chips?

Rick steins in Padstow for a real treat or Whitby bay up in North Yorkshire.
