How do I charge my electric rental car in a charging station?
The super detailed tutorial
1. Charging badge.
You will find a badge like the one above in the central console
2. Open the hatch located at the front of the car on the driver's side.
After parking in front of the terminal, switch off the engine, put the car in P and keep the car unlocked.
3. Unlock the charging station.
Swipe the badge on the pad on the charging station and follow the instructions to start charging.
4. Connect the car to the charging station.
If necessary, a T2 type cable is available in the boot.
5. Choose the correct outlet.
For a T2 cable, remove the top cover only
For a CSS Combo cable, remove the two covers.
6. Check the required charging time.
The indicator light next to the socket will light up to indicate that the car is charging.
7. Lock the car via the app and enjoy your break.
The dashboard will show the time required to charge the battery to 100%.
8. Get back on the road.
Unlock the car via the app before disconnecting the cable.
Accelerated charge, fast charge or home charge?
Here is a little summary to help you understand the difference
Domestic charging.
Using the household cable you can charge your car from a standard electrical outlet. Nothing could be easier, you plug the car into the socket, just like you plug in a standard device.

Normal to accelerated charging.
Using the T2 cable you can charge your car from an AC charging station with a current of up to 22 kW. This fast charge is very efficient and it is included in the price of your rental.

Fast charging.
Using the Combo CSS cable you can charge your car from a DC charging station, up to 100 kW. This ultra-fast charge, included in the rental price, will be your best ally on the highway.

Plan my route and my charging stops in my electric car
Find a charging station in a few seconds via the app
- 1. Select the option “Find a charging point”.
- 2. A map with the different services and type of terminals around you will be displayed.
- 3. Choose your terminal by clicking on the blue pin, if the pin is not blue, the terminal in question is not available.
- 4. Once you have made your choice, press the green arrow. Your GPS applications will open, choose your favorite (whether GoogleMaps, Waze, Maps etc ...).
