By now we’re all aware of the crisis that is a coronavirus. The World Health Organisation has officially changed its status from epidemic to pandemic. We have seen it spread across Europe with new cases daily and countries like Italy being placed in national lockdown. Naturally, there is massive concern about public areas, large cities and transport. At Virtuo, the health of our customers and employees is our number one priority. Given the current environment, we are doubling our efforts and carrying out all the necessary measures to make sure you can travel safely and with peace of mind.

We know that your day-to-day travel plans are likely to be impacted over the coming weeks. We are working extremely hard to ensure that you have a transport service that is safe for any travel you need to do where public transport currently doesn’t suit. Our cars are professionally inspected and cleaned between rentals

Virtuo cars always go through an in-depth cleaning process before and after every rental. Our team of professionals adhere to strict instructions that involve the extensive use of detergents and disinfectants.

We are also paying special attention to the main contact points with the car, for instance, the interior, the air vents, the door handles and steering wheel. Our team is committed to taking all the necessary steps to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before the start of your rental

With Virtuo, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 hours before the start of your rental at no extra charge. Any changes to your booking can be made on the Virtuo app. If you do experience any problems, then please don’t hesitate to get in contact with our customer service, who are available 24/7 and more than happy to help.
