The year in numbers
England won the cricket world cup, Game of Thrones delivered a disappointing finale and an egg overtook Kylie Jenner to become the most liked picture on Instagram; 2019 has been a special year! Thanks to you guys we have been able to truly make our mark in the UK. We have had station openings, new car models and added cool features like key sharing. All of this has been made possible through our seamless new app. What we are most proud of is the awesome Virtuo community we have built. You guys have done some pretty cool things, you have constantly pushed boundaries and explored new territories! Together, as a community, we are ending the need for car ownership! To send off the new year, and for that matter the decade, I’ve put together a few of those things you’ve done, check them out.

- We offer a generous 150 miles per day to get you to where you need to go. Unfortunately, our cars can’t fly at the moment but we like to think we can take you to infinity and beyond in a different kind of way!

- Our cars are fitted with the latest technology, which allows you to book, unlock, and drive your car all through your mobile. This means you aren’t constrained to a certain time of day, you can collect your car whenever suits you! Tick tock you guys rock.
10% of you make the most of our extend rental feature
- Perhaps your meeting ran on longer than first thought or maybe you are just having such a good time with your friends that you want to stay another day. We get it, things happen and plans change, that’s why with us you can extend your rental at any point.
You are an international crowd with over 100 different licenses accepted so far
- With us, as long as you have three years on your licence, then wherever that is from you are welcome on board! We are an international company and so it is great to see we have an international community.
13% of you share the fun with additional drivers
- There is nothing better than you and a group of friends heading off and exploring, but the question is always whose car are you going in, i.e. who is going to have to do all the driving? With us you can have four drivers for free; just one of the reasons we are better than car ownership!
